“KOKOROZASHI”
We are creating a place of learning in Kyoto that links those from overseas, and creating a wider community around education, culture, and the economy.
My long-held dream of creating a school that would support children’s learning while linking people to each other and different countries together has come into reality. It is my fervent hope that students of this school and those involved with it will come to love Japan and spend many years studying here and pursuing a career in Japan as their adoptive home.
Message from the presidentABOUT CSAIS
Under the motto that “the world is one,” we train children to be global citizens and passionate about Japan.
Treating “the world as one,” we pursue deeper mutual understanding and respect of different cultures. Whether your child wants to study and work in Japan or give back to their native country, or perhaps travel somewhere new in the world, we are here to support their potential.
ABOUT CSAISPROGRAMS
Students learn about the Japanese language, Japanese manners, and Japanese culture, with a foundation in Indian-style English language CBSE education.
Instructors from overseas employ a curriculum of Indian-style English language CBSE education, which is internationally acclaimed. They are joined by experienced Japanese faculty who teach students the Japanese language and culture. In addition, we invite a rotating roster of diverse faculty to give students experiential learning in Japanese culture, traditional performing arts, and more.
